Dear Mr Kirby,

Between 11th and 14th March one of Tower’s removal teams worked on our move from rue Thimonnier to rue Rossini in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. Although the move was not “long-distance” it involved lots of challenges, not least the successful delivery of our furniture and effects to the 6th floor of our new building, with a small lift and a very tight access stairway.

The team were not only efficient – they were extremely friendly and supportive, and with their help we felt ourselves in good hands. Please pass on to each of them our sincere thanks and appreciation.  The attention to detail, kindness and understanding shown by yourself and by Mr José Batalah, and by your colleagues in the administration at Tower was of a very high standard.
